I'm a UX professional with six years of experience designing within complex, high-impact automotive environments. While leading and contributing to customer and dealer experiences, I've partnered closely with engineers and product managers to translate business goals and user needs into thoughtful, scalable solutions. I move seamlessly between big-picture strategy and detailed execution, and I'm excited to apply and evolve these skills as I venture into new industries.
​In my free time, I enjoy riding and competing with my horse, Chuck, and playing with my French bulldog, Matilda. I also enjoy baking, painting, tennis, and learning everything I can about the wonderful world of cheese!

Ford Personal Profiles On-boarding Feature
The Ford Personal Profiles On-boarding Feature was designed to enhance the driving experience by automatically adjusting the vehicle to a user’s specific preferences. My role in this project involved contributing innovative ideas and collaborating with a team of designers and engineers over four years to deliver a streamlined and user-centric onboarding process for Ford’s model year '24 vehicles.

Ford Service & Maintenance Messaging and Walk-Around App Feature
I focused on enhancing the service and maintenance experience for users by leading the design efforts on a messaging strategy and an in-vehicle app feature aimed at keeping customers informed about their vehicle's health without overwhelming them with notifications.

Streamlining the GM Vehicle Purchase Process
During GM's larger initiative to improve the vehicle purchasing process, the Vehicle Locator System (VLS) was identified as a major pain point, with confusing workflows and limited sorting/filtering capabilities. I was tasked with designing a prototype to visualize an interim solution that simplified dealer searches and provided a foundation for future system improvements.



Dealer Experience Modernization
Modernizing GM's Ecosystem For Dealers
I’ve worked to modernize the GM dealer experience by migrating existing SharePoint sites to SharePoint Online, implementing UX improvements where possible, and communicating technology updates to Country Business Leads (CBLs) around the globe.
